- Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging
4. Non-Refundable Items

- Opened or used e-liquids and pods
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
- Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If an exchange is approved, we will cover the cost of re-shipping the replacement item.
